Our mission is to grow jobs and business investment in the region.

Robin Toth

VP, Business Development

Robin Toth has been with Greater Spokane Incorporated since January 2005, presently as Vice President of Business Development.  Robin manages recruitment, retention and expansion activities.  In addition, she works with municipal partners in the development of capacity-building projects and to help drive growth in regional industry clusters such as aerospace, clean technology and health sciences.  

Prior to joining Greater Spokane Incorporated, Robin worked with the City of Spokane's economic development and earlier handled marketing and communications for World Wide Packets, Packet Engines and Itron, Inc. Robin has a degree in Transportation from Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California, and attended Eastern Washington University’s International Marketing program.  In addition to being a member of the WEDA board, Robin also sits on the boards of the Inland Northwest Economic Alliance, the Aerospace Futures Alliance, the Inland Northwest Aerospace Consortium and the Washington Clean Technology Alliance.

Industry Manager 

Stan has been with Greater Spokane Incorporated and the Spokane Area EDC since 2001, working primarily with manufacturing firms, assisting local manufacturers with their growth by accessing incentive programs and working to recruit new companies from outside the area that complement the firms that are here. He also works in aerospace, advanaced manufacturing, and distribution and logistics.

Stan was recruited to Spokane from upstate New York where he served for fifteen years in a variety of economic development roles, including management of revolving loan funds, business incubators and industrial park property management. Following graduation from Western Illinois University, Stan worked in management for a major manufacturer of animal nutritional and health products.

Drew Repp

Economic Development & Government Affairs Manager

Prior to joining GSI, Drew was the program manager at the Colorado Office of Film, Television & Media, a division of the Governor's Office of Economic Development & International Trade, where he administered the state's film incentive program and worked to attract film and television production to the state. He began his career in economic development as a program assistant with the Colorado Small Business Development Center. 

Drew Repp was born and raised in Spokane and is a proud graduate of North Central High School. Drew holds degrees in Economics and Journalism from Pepperdine University.

Jessica Kirk

PTAC Manager

Jessica Kirk is the manager of GSI’s Eastern Washington PTAC, assisting companies expand business through government contracting.  Previously at GSI, Jessica spent three years in membership development, earning the lifetime achievement award from the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives Circle of Champions. Jessica also worked for eight years as a mortgage broker and foreclosure negotiation specialist. In addition, she was a successful small business owner of two inland northwest companies. Jessica is a Spokane native and graduate of North Idaho College.

Stacia Rasmussen

Business Development Project Manager

Stacia Rasmussen is GSI's Vision 2030 Business Development Manager. She brings health sciences and IT experience from her previous positions at PAML and next IT. Stacia has a Mathematics/Computer Science degree from Eastern Washington University.

Ryan Rodin

Business Development Project Manager

Ryan Rodin is GSI’s Business Development Project Manager, assisting the Economic Development team in attracting and growing businesses throughout our region. Prior to joining GSI, Ryan worked for legislators at the local, state, and federal levels. Most recently, he was the Development Director for Spokane-based non-profit, Peak 7 Adventures. He graduated from Whitworth University in 2008 with a degree in Political Science.

Aleesha Brock

Business Development Coordinator

Aleesha Brock is a part-time employee for GSI's business development team while working toward a Business Management degree at WGU Washington. She recently completed dual degrees in Administrative Office Management and Legal Assistant at Community Colleges of Spokane in 2017. Aleesha previously worked at CCS in the Disability Support Services office.
