The second largest in the state of WA, the Spokane International Airport is a 7,000-acre commercial service airport served by six airlines and two cargo carriers. The airport provides nonstop service to many destinations throughout the U.S. and handles approximately 70,000 air cargo tons each year. FedEx and UPS provide the region with critical air freight connectivity. Other transportation modes include East-West Interstate I-90 and North Spokane Corridor freeway access, and Class 1 rail service via BNSF and Union Pacific.
