No-Li Brewhouse received the silver medal in the Food Processor of the Year category

Brewing since 2012, No-Li Brewhouse focuses on local ingredients, quality and innovation. The federally approved designation “Spokane-Style” certifies the beer is made by Spokane residents, using ingredients sourced from within 300 miles of the city.

The magazine commended the brewery’s sustainable growth, economic contributions into local communities, collaborative spirit and recent awards of 2016 Washington State Craft Brewery of the Year and 2015 National Distributor Partner of the Year.

The community-focused and family-owned brewery has seen its team grow to 60 employees in Spokane and elsewhere in Washington state and production grow to approximately 13,000 barrels in 2017. No-Li has expanded into cans for four of its beers and is recognized as a pioneer of first-ever community collaborations with the Spokane Symphony and Crave NW Culinary Festival.

No-Li distributes its internationally award winning beer throughout the northwest, Colorado, Washington, D.C., and British Columbia, CA. No-Li is collaborating with a western Washington brewer with an eye toward expanding its market reach.

No-Li is a true community partner. Meet owner John Bryant and the No-Li team through Columbia Bank’s short video series “Where Relationships Rule.”

AccraFab Inc. received a gold award for Washington State Midsize Manufacturer of the Year.

Since 1979, AccraFab has supplied customers in many industries worldwide with quality custom fabricated parts and assemblies. Originally a sheet-metal fabricator, AccraFab has added engineering, design, prototyping, contract manufacturing, welding, finishing and assembly.

In addition to being an FDA approved medical device manufacturer, the company maintains ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100C certification for their quality systems.  And, in 2012, their lean based processes and dedication to environmental sustainability led to the collaborative design of a waste water reclamation system that reduced the amount of waste water generated from their manufacturing processes by 94%.

AccraFab is expanding its contract manufacturing and machine-shop operations. After considering possible locations in Washington and across the state line in Idaho, they decided to stay and grow in Spokane County. AccraFab has also opened a Kirkland office to grow more aerospace work.

The company occupies a 155,000 square foot facility in Liberty Lake where they have excellent accessibility to the Interstate, multiple shipping distribution centers and the Spokane International Airport. They currently have 180 employees and plan to grow to 200.
