Clark’s Fork Restaurant Opening in Matilda Building
Clark’s Fork Restaurant Opening in Matilda Building
Clark’s Fork, a Bozeman, Montana favorite cafe, is opening in Spokane, Washington.
An acquaintence from Spokane encouraged the restaurant owner, Jeff Riggs, to consider an expansion to the area. Jeff contacted GSI for demographics and business information on the region during his search for locations near the downtown core, within close proximity to the University District.
The Spokane location will have similar features and menu to the original Bozeman restaurant, with breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Ingredients are fresh and locally sourced, and the menu includes hearty sandwiches, house-made soups, a salad bar and gluten free options.
Jeff received a basketball scholarship to Montana State, and is looking forward to watching the Gonzaga basketball team!
