Concrete walls are being installed at a massive 218,400-square-foot industrial warehouse at 10921 W. McFarlane Road on the West Plains. The new warehouse, called McFarlane II, is expected to be completed this fall. Spokane Valley-based real estate company AT Industrial LLC is the developer behind the project and is working with Spokane Valley-based commercial real estate and development company, Leavitt Capital.
