Euclid Logistics Center moving forward with second phase expansion

The second phase of a multibuilding industrial development is underway at the Euclid Logistics Center, located near the corner of Firth Street and Euclid Avenue within the Spokane Business & Industrial Park (The Park) in Spokane Valley.

Crown West Realty announced plans in June 2019 for a multi-building project. Plans include the construction of four to five buildings, approximately 500,000 square feet in total, which would transform the southeast corner of The Park into a state-of-the-art distribution and logistics facility.

Phase one of the project kicked off in fall 2019, consisting of a 120,000-square-foot LEED-certified building constructed at 3808 N. Sullivan Road. The building includes truck access, additional exterior space for food-truck courts and a 36-foot-high ceiling designed to attract distribution companies. It has been fully leased, according to Crown West.

Due to its success, the company has announced that it will begin construction of phase II in September 2020.  This next building will also be 120,000 square foot, concrete-tilt, featuring 36-foot clear heights, cross-dock capacity, 135-foot truck courts and built to LEED standards. Divcon Construction has been selected as the contractor. It will be ready for occupancy in spring 2021.

Owned and managed by Crown West, The Park is one of the region’s largest employment centers with over 120 resident companies employing in excess of 4,500 people. With approximately 5 million square feet of dock-high and grade-level buildings The Park ranks as one of the largest business and industrial complexes in the country.
